About the Founders
Mike and Antonette Manoske have deep backgrounds in the high tech industry,  working in Silicon Valley in Northern California. They combined their love of travel, real estate and technology & built TimeshareValues into a profitable business without external funding.

Mike most recently was Managing Director of  Ecommerce Solutions for a Large Technology Solutions Firm.  He has over 15 years experience as a manager and director in Technology Development, Operations, MArketing & Sales for several technology firms including Avaya, Mathsoft and Oxford Global Resources.  His has worked with such clients as: Bank of America, American Express, Ford, USWEB, 3COM, Palm and Verizon.

Antonette was a network administrator and worked in software development for several innovative Ecommerce companies, including LodgingTouch, a developer of hospitality industry management systems.  She directed and supported clients worldwide.  She was an early member of Wine.com, the well known consumer site, where she helped the company grow from 25 employees to over 200 worldwide in less than 18 months

The Original Idea
"Our interest in timeshare resale's when we acquired our first timeshare, through the internet.  We had invested in real estate here in the San Francisco Bay Area, but found the cost to continue very steep.  We wondered if you could buy and sell real estate through the Internet."

"We used an interesting approach: online auctions like Ebay, to sell our properties.  We were amazed at the response - over 50 units our first few months, part time.  Now it's a full time business with hundreds sold each quarter."
